"Service Provider" or "Professional" refers to verified individuals or entities offering services through our platform.

"Services" refers to any home service, repair, maintenance, or wellness service available through Tekpair.

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to use Tekpair's services.

2.2 You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

2.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2.4 Tekpair reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities.

3.1 Tekpair acts as an intermediary platform connecting customers with service providers. We do not directly provide home services.

3.2 All service bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the service provider.

3.3 Service descriptions, pricing, and availability are provided by service providers and may be subject to change.

3.4 Customers are responsible for providing accurate service requirements and property access during scheduled appointments.

4.1 All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

4.2 Payment can be made through various methods supported on the platform, including credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets.

4.3 Service charges are non-refundable once the service has commenced, except in cases of service provider no-show or platform error.

4.4 Additional charges may apply for materials, emergency services, or services beyond the initially agreed scope.

5.1 Customers may cancel bookings according to our cancellation policy, which varies by service type.

5.2 Cancellations made within the free cancellation window will receive a full refund.

5.3 Late cancellations or no-shows may incur cancellation charges as per our policy.

5.4 Rescheduling requests are subject to service provider availability and may incur additional charges.

6.1 Tekpair conducts background verification and skill assessment of all service providers before onboarding.

6.2 While we strive to ensure quality, Tekpair does not guarantee the performance or reliability of individual service providers.

6.3 Customers are encouraged to report any issues or concerns regarding service providers through our support channels.

7.1 Users agree to treat service providers with respect and provide a safe working environment.

7.2 Users must not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward service providers.

7.3 Users are responsible for securing personal belongings and pets during service appointments.

7.4 Any damage to service provider equipment or property must be reported and may be subject to compensation.

8.1 Tekpair is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or services.

8.2 We do not assume liability for damages or losses caused by service providers, including property damage or personal injury.

8.3 Our total liability for any claim related to the platform shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific service in question.

8.4 Tekpair is not responsible for delays or failures in service delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.

9.1 All content on the Tekpair platform, including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software, is the property of Tekpair or its licensors.

9.2 Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without express written permission.

9.3 The Tekpair name and logo are registered trademarks and may not be used without authorization.

10.1 In case of disputes between customers and service providers, Tekpair will attempt to mediate and resolve the issue amicably.

10.2 All disputes arising from these terms shall be governed by Indian law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

10.3 Users agree to attempt informal resolution through our support team before pursuing legal action.

11.1 Your use of Tekpair is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11.2 By using our platform, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

12.1 Tekpair reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.

12.2 Changes will be communicated through the platform, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
